Group Classes Focused on Strength, Calisthenics, and Cardio

At The Daily Hustle, every class is designed to deliver results. Each session starts with a 10-minute warm-up focused on mobility, followed by 40 minutes of intense exercises, and finishes with 10 minutes of stretching for recovery. We emphasize weight training and calisthenics (bodyweight movements) to help you build functional strength and endurance.

Begin your week with Core Cardio, a blend of core-strengthening and calorie-burning exercises. Our Boxing in Court class combines boxing techniques and cardio to keep your heart pumping and your fists flying.

Lower Body Functional Training builds strength and mobility in your legs and glutes, while Upper Body Hybrid is a perfect mix of weight training and calisthenics to sculpt and strengthen your upper body.

Push yourself further with Lower Body Burnout, a blend of strength and cardio that challenges your endurance and power. On Fridays, Upper Body Heat brings high-intensity strength and cardio training for the ultimate upper body workout.

Saturdays are for the adventurous, with our Wildcard Class, offering a surprise mix of strength training, calisthenics, cardio, or mobility work. And for a quick but effective full-body workout, join our Midday Hustle, a functional fitness class that will get you moving during the week.
