THE COACH
Zu is a calisthenics specialist and athletic development coach who has spent years training young athletes and adults, from kids chasing their first team tryout to adults working toward their first pull-up.
He built The Daily Hustle because the fitness industry is broken for beginners. Advanced athletes show off skills on Instagram without teaching the path to get there. Generic PDF programs treat everyone the same. YouTube is a maze of random workouts with no structure.
Zu's approach is different. He starts with where you actually are, not where you think you should be. His methodology is built on structured progression: assessment, prerequisite tests, the 3-set-consistent rule, and a Week A/B rotation that builds real, measurable strength over time.
THE MISSION
“We fill the gap left by brands that show advanced skills without teaching the path to get there. Every person who walks through our door, virtual or in person, gets a structured path from where they are to where they want to be. Zero to capable. That's the promise.”

THE METHOD
No guessing. Every member starts with a baseline assessment so the plan matches their actual level.
Before advancing to the next movement, you prove you can handle the current one. No skipping steps.
You don't move up until you hit your target for 3 consecutive sessions. Consistency before progression.
Two-week training cycles that balance pushing and recovery. Structured variety that prevents staleness and overtraining.
Your coach checks in every week, reviewing your sessions, adjusting your plan, and keeping you accountable.
