Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Annual memberships may be refunded within the first 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. After 14 days, no refunds are issued but you retain access for the remainder of your annual term.
Coaching fees are discussed and agreed upon during the screening call. Refund terms for coaching services are outlined in the individual coaching agreement.
If you cancel a founding member subscription and later wish to rejoin, you will be charged the regular membership rate ($37/mo). The founding rate ($27/mo) cannot be restored once cancelled.
