What you'll train

The goal isn't to overwhelm you. It's to give you clarity and direction. Follow it as written and you'll finish knowing what to train, how to train, and what your next step should be.

  • Calisthenics fundamentals: push-ups, pull-ups, dips
  • Basic strength using weights or bodyweight
  • Simple athletic work: speed, power, explosiveness

How it works

  • Train 3 days/week, 45 to 60 min, a rest day between sessions
  • Clean, controlled reps. Progress consistently, don't burn out
  • Minimal equipment (a pull-up bar helps)
  • Run it for 4 to 6 weeks, then move up to a full progression
