Is this safe for my 10-year-old?

Yes. Every movement is progression-based. We start at bodyweight fundamentals and only progress when the form is locked. No equipment needed for the first 8 weeks.

How much time per week?

2 to 5 days, your call in the intake widget. Sessions are 20 to 40 minutes. Short enough to fit around school, long enough to actually progress.

Does this replace their sport?

No. It builds the base underneath their sport. In-season mode reduces volume to maintenance, so they stay strong without burning out before playoffs.

What if I have two kids at different levels?
